Description	Development version to prepare for DC04, focus on support of new data. Based on Gaudi v14r0 and LHCb v15r0. TDR data can be read but not all features are supported beside decay channel selections because of changes to LHCb packages (Event or Detector). Hlt have been removed, L0 and L1 reprocessing not necessary on new data and removed,  MuonID retuning for new data is not necessary. Calorimeter corrections not necessary on new data. Use new geometry database. Changes in numbering of OTChannel make this new version of DaVinci incompatible with old data for what regards checking reconstructibility (hence the Efficiency algorithm) Known problem: neutral particles cannot be produced for new data because not enough information is available in the dst files at the moment. Possible to save data with Pool persistency but for 2D relations tables (possible with new Gaudi version)
