Workload Management System (Ian, Vincent):
- Currently the match maker is purely based on JDL job descriptions.
  There is no connection to AliEn. This connection has to be established 
  is is on the work plan.

- Currently on basic agents are used for testing. To run LHCb
  application a enhanced agent implementation will be necessary.
  This agent must be developed and tested.

Monitoring and bookkeeping:
- The accounting information must be connected into the WMS.
  The accounting itself is availible on the Barcelone machine,
  but not yet integrated in Dirac. The XML-RPC API is present.

- The bookkeeping database must be able to finally host the monitoring
  information. For this Ricardo must be able to access bookkeeping 
  information and needs the API.

File catalog (Markus):
Carmine and Markus have studied a possibility to generate
POOL XML file-catalog slices from the existing bookkeeping database
using as input gaudi data cards. The implementation needs some
optimization, but is a workable solution and ensures that data
analysis will be possible - at least at the currently existing level.
The tool is extracting site-independent catalog slices, which then
can be projected into a site-dependent slice in a format understood
by POOL.

Data management tools:
- Registration of files produced outside LCG into the LCG file catalog
- Synchronization between LCG RLS and AliEn
- Nick requested the provision of tools for file replication
