Workload Management System (Andrei):
 - Tests are ongoing at CERN, Oxford and Marseille
 - Tuning of jobs running applications is necessary

The items below are just a short list of what must be done.
Please take them as a reminder.

- Incorporate the AliEn file catalog into the production system.
  - Keep XML based catalogs for journaling and populate the AliEn
    catalog throm those.

  - Analysis tasks will consume data
    - They will either need consistent slices of the catalog in XML form
      to perform analysis on non-LCG2 sites. If the analysis tasks
      are running on a LCG2 site, then the standard LCG2 tools
      (including POOL interface to the LCG file catalog) should be used.

    - XML catalog slices will have to be generated at the level of
      the bookkeeping user interface

- Data Management Tools
  - Registration of files produced outside LCG into the LCG 
    file catalog
  - Synchronization between LCG RLS and AliEn

  It was decided, that the Dirac desktop of Gennady
  will no longer be the mainstream activity since it is unclear
  if the development of these new components can be achieved in time.
  Tests however should be possible.


System test:
------------
A preliminary system test is forseen for the beginning of March.
The integration of all components should be finished then.
The DIRAC agent software is supposed to be distributed by the
end of this week.
