Agenda:

- Bookkeeping
  - Status of the user interface upgrade    (Sebastien)
  Sebastien reported that a new version of the interface
  is going to be tested soon. The new version will require 
  slight changes to the user interface code as well, but 
  it will support queries upon several processing steps.

- Ganga
  It was agreed, that Alexander should collect the main
  issues concerning the job options editor for Ganga. He
  should then focus on issues concerning the job splitting
  and the specification of input files.
  Alexander will come up with a personal roadmap to achieve
  these goals. Ulrik agreed to coodinate the efforts.  

- POOL integration
  - Status of data model implementation     (Markus)
  The LHCb event data model can be saved using ROOT.
  There is a problem pending concerning the persistency
  of Relations tables, but there are hints, that this may
  be a ROOT problem.
  - Status of event selector upgrade
    and POOL collections integration        (Carmine)
  Carmine started to implement the access to POOL object
  token through a Gaudi event selector. The new event 
  selector will allow the transparent use of POOL
  implicit and explicit event tag collections.

- FileCatalog (Andrei reported by e-mail, because he could not attend)
  Nothing special to report on the progress with File Catalog 
  with respect ot the RAL workshop. 
  Andrei is working with the FileCatalog installation in Marseille, but 
  this one is obsolete and will be soon replaced by the new version 
  of the AliEn API. They will work on that this week, when 
  Predrag will be back from his vacations as well. A 
  server at CERN where he is installing the SE for the WMS purposes. 
  When this will be done they will have the full chain of the new job 
  submission system.
  Andrei pointed out that the EDG2.0 and LCG-1 testbeds are now 
  open to experiments and we are urged to test them very quickly 
  (before 10th November). 

- Status of new production tools
  - DIRAC personal desktop                  (Gennady)
    Gennady will modify the editors according to the
    suggestions of Joel.
