Dear All, SICB v219 is now avalaible on the 3 UNIX platforms : rsplus, hpplus, lxplus. It will be avalaible next week on NT. This version is a merge of SICB v119 with the new detector optimization and SICB v200 which uses pythia 6125 and QQ. full details can be found on: http://home.cern.ch/~ranjard/SICB_release.notes Because I have moved so many files around I would like to be sure to not have introduced errors. ===> I need your help to test this version. To find the location of a file in the new release you can use: > Lblocate ecgeom.inc /afs/cern.ch/lhcb/software/LHCbCMT/detdes/v2/detdes/ecgeom.inc Because SICB is now maintained under CMT you cannot use anylonger your $MYROOT/task directory but you have to get your own version of the SICB package: > cd $HOME/mycmt > getpack SICB v219 > cd SICB/v219 > ls sicb.dat sicb.cards sicb.job sicb_lsf.job and then follow the instructions given in : http://lhcb.cern.ch/computing/support/html/SICB_CMTstart.htm if you have any trouble please let me know, I am ready to go to your office and help you to move your code into the CMT environment.
