Dear LHC colleagues,
A few weeks ago I attended an Intel Forum where the first Merced
processor was presented. Since I think this chip will have a significant
impact on LHC I am sending a pointer to the trip report to all of you.
You may have people in your online/offine environment who are interested
to know the status of affairs.
