SICB/v219 running in batch on shiftlhcb (lhcb-comp)

Dear All,
SICB v219 did not run in batch on shiftlhcb because the link procedure
required graflib/Motif by default and Motif is not installed on
shiftlhcb.
So I have defined the macro "graflib" which does not require Motif in
the CERNLIB requirements.
Then in the SICB requirements the macro "graflib" is redefined by the
user when a sicbint application is built.
CVS repository and LHCBSOFT area have been updated.
users should update $HOME/mycmt/SICB/v219/mgr to get the new
requirements file.
I am sorry for the delay it took to solve the problem , I was in the
Geant4 workshop for a week.
