LHCBVERS is set to v220 and O.Callot has updated SICB v220 (lhcb-comp)

Dear All,
SICBVER is now set to 220 and LHCBVERS to v220.
to get the new definition you have to logout and login again
or
>cd $HOME
> unsetenv SICBVER LHCBVERS
> source $LHCBHOME/scripts/lhcbenv.csh 
 
O.Callot has updated the l0_2x2 trigger in SICB v220.
