SICB v220 cannot read files produced with version < v118  (lhcb-comp)

Dear All,
sorry I sent a mail to announce a new SICB v220 which has an error.
SICB v220 is not able to read files produced with version < v118 because
the ECAL has changed geometry in a not backward compatible way.
there is a SICB v116 on $LHCBSOFT to read such files. This version is
only avalaible from $LHCBSOFT not from CVS.
