Dear All,
I have installed the latest CMT patches: the version number is still
v1r3.
The changes should be transparent to the users.
If you encounter any trouble please send me a mail asap and you can
switch back to the old version with the following statment:
> source $SOFTWARE/OLD/CMT/v1r3/mgr/setup.csh
The "cmt checkout" does not work but it is not at all related to the new
version: We have made something wrong on our $CVSROOT last Tuesday and
since then "cmt checkout" does not work.
As long as "cmt checkout" does not work, please use "getpack" or 
"cvs co" to checkout a package.
