move from CMT v1r3 to CMT v1r4p20000328 (lhcb-comp)

Dear All,
I will change the CMT version number in the group_login.
As long as you do not login you should keep $CMTROOT=.../CMT/v1r3
As soon as you open a new window you will get
$CMTROOT=.../CMT/v1r4p20000328
to use it you have first to remove all makefiles created by CMT v1r3
> cd mycmt/SICBDST/v232/mgr
> rm *.make
> gmake
or 
> cd mycmt/my_pack/v1/mgr
> rm *.make
> gmake
then you can use it as CMT v1r3
