Dear All,
CMT v1r4p20000328 is installed: don't forget to remove *.make before
running gmake in any mgr/ directory.
The following package requirements files have been updated:
- simguse/v3 to use Futil v5 instead of v4
- QQ/v9r2 to use CERNLIB v99 instead of v99
- EXTLIB/v1r3 to change comments refering to CMT and CERNLIB version #.
