new SICBDST v235 version (lhcb-comp)

Dear All,
the pileup bug is FIXED: Andrei has found and cured the bug.
Brunel should use SICBDST v235 and GaudiSys should use Futio v6r4 to be
able to read DST2 files.
Existing DST2 files should be removed.
New DST2 file should be produced with SICBDST >= v235.
recrich/v5r1 and Futio/v6r4 have been compiled on rsplus and Linux in
optimized and debug mode.
